1. Who we are
Q-pons (“we”, “us”) is a directory of SaaS promo codes aggregated from public sources. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
2. What data we collect
When you browse Q-pons, we log page views, referrers, and device type via Vercel Analytics. No cookies, no personal identifiers.
When you reveal a promo code or click an affiliate link, we log the event (code ID, tool ID, timestamp, country, device type) for analytics. No personal data.
If you join our waitlist, we store your email address and optional category preferences. We use this only to send you weekly SaaS deal digests.
3. What we DO NOT collect
- We do not use tracking cookies
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties
- We do not track you across other websites
- We do not require signup to use Q-pons
- We do not store affiliate cookies set by other coupon sites
4. How we use your data
- Analytics: understand which tools and codes are most popular
- Affiliate attribution: track clicks to measure commissions earned
- Email: send weekly deal digests (only if subscribed)
- Code verification: if you report a broken code, we update our confidence score
5. Third parties
Q-pons uses these services:
- Vercel — hosting and analytics (aggregated, anonymous)
- Supabase — database (EU region, Stockholm)
- Resend — email delivery for waitlist subscribers
- Affiliate networks — PartnerStack, Impact, ShareASale (when you click an affiliate link)
6. Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EU, you have the right to:
- Access your data
- Request deletion
- Export your data
- Withdraw consent (unsubscribe from emails)

7. Data retention
Click events and analytics data are retained for 12 months. Email subscribers remain in our database until they unsubscribe. No data is kept longer than necessary.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Significant changes will be announced via email to subscribers. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
